A private townhouse is located in a quiet and extensive beach area Bang Tao, the most respectable part of the island, on the private protected territory. In walking distance from the beach, a large department store Tesco Lotus, restaurants, a pharmacy, a Thai market (every Monday, Thursday). Drive to the center of the island takes 20 minutes by car, the same to airport.

Just completed new townhouse equipped for 2 persons, people who prefer quiet private vacation. 24 hr Gated Estate Security, convenience parking for car, nice landscape around.

Living area includes bedroom (with king-size double bed), shower room, toilet, an open-plan living and dining area (a dinning table for 6 persons ) , by Western stile kitchen fully equipped. The big panoramic windows from floor to ceiling available to move. After that a sundeck became the part of living area. You can watch pool view thru the glass of windows or move them and watch TV from sundeck (or from a pool). Tall fence provides privacy and seclusion. Jacuzzi with waterfall and terrace with sun beds make you enjoy your holiday.

For a comfortable staying there are: air conditioning and ceiling fan, free Wi-Fi internet, electronic safe, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, linens and towels, kitchen tools and electrical appliances (toster, poter, coffee mashine ) dishes, microwave, stove, refrigerator, tools for floor cleaning.

If it necessary, is available to provide additional bed for a child.
